Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator Norm Killion Norm is entering his 41st year of coaching football from High School to semi-pro men, from Great Britain to Wisconsin. Norm started coaching women's football in 2003 with the Northern Ice, earning a National Championship with a 12-0 season. Norm's women's teams have made the league playoffs every year he has coached, including your current IWFL North American Champions - the Wisconsin Warriors. Norm is a retired Technology Education teacher of over 30 years at Oak Creek High School and is married to Alice and has two married sons, Paul and Brett. Norm lives in Caledonia, Wisconsin. | |

Asst. Head Coach/Defensive Coordinator Mark "Mac" McLaughlin Coach Mac has spent his entire life involved in athletics. The majority of his career was spent as Defensive Coordinator & O-line coach for McFarland H.S. He has also coached track & basketball. One of Coach Mac’s teams finished the season undefeated & unscored upon. He has worked as an athletic trainer. Mac is entering his 4th year of promoting the ethical, athletic & professional growth of women’s football in the state of WI and the US. He most recently was Defensive Coordinator for the 2009 IWFL North American Champion Wisconsin Warriors & served as Defensive Coordinator for the 2009 IWFL Western All-Stars. |

O-Line/Long Snapping Coach Brandon Jeffries This will be Coach Brandon's first year coaching women's football. He brings with him alot of experience from having played high school football for a successful team in Northeast Ohio and was twice named first team all state as an offensive lineman. He started 4 years on the offensive line of NCAA Division III Case Western Reserve University as a guard and center. While at Case, he helped lead the team to its first ever apperance in an NCAA Playoff game and to the best single season record in school history. He now lives in Saukville and works as a chemical engineer for a company specializing in distillation technology. |

Running Backs Coach Scott Flood Scott Flood is in his 3rd year coaching & 1st with the Warriors. Coach Flood joined the Warriors staff with previous coaching experience at Bradley Tech H.S. in Milwaukee . Flood played football in high school & continued playing semi-pro in the Milwaukee area for the Milwaukee Bulldogs & West Milwaukee Gladiators. Currently Flood is working on a Sports Management at Cal U. Flood has recently returned from overseas, from a 2009 campaign to Iraq . Flood has spent the last 6+ years in the Army National Guard as a Medic & is a 2 time Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran. |
